A student of North Carolina State University, Joe Carnevale created a "monster" of construction barrels and after a days work and a night of putting the statue together, authority was quick to rip it down. The creative artist now faces criminal charges for the creation along a major road near the university's campus. Our opinion? Authority lacks a tad bit of appreciation.
