Perhaps why this particular car is so highly sought after by collectors is because it is one of the only 22 made in Ferrari history. Ferrari's incredibly rare 250 Testa Rossa (1957) sold at the final price of €9,020,000 (approx. $12.2 million USD) at RM Auctions' annual Leggenda e Passione event in Italy setting a world record as the priciest motor vehicle to be sold at an auction. After all, its design is a work-of-art.
