To be straight forward with you, I really don't know much about artist, Jeff Soto (although I do think I might have heard of him or his works here and there). It does make me an ignorant in this aspect which is the reason why I decided to not give any sort of description about the event besides inform you that "Turning in Circles" will remain open until February 21st, 2009 in Jeff’s hometown of Riverside. What I will do is admire his works, give him publicity and show you his incredible artistic gift as well.
