Allow us to put you on with a duo from two different continents of the world whose goal is to bring people together through their music and art. Masterminds Sam Spiegel (Squeak E. Clean) and Ze Gonzales (DJ Zegon) are the two that make the duo, N.A.S.A; as it stands for North America South America. Sam Spiegel is a composer, producer, DJ and remixer who launched his music career after heading west from his hometown of New York and began DJ'ing clubs and events around Los Angeles. Ze Gonzales (aka DJ Zegon) is a professional skateboarder who has evolved into one of the most sought after, cutting-edge DJs in South America. DJ Zegon stands in his own class with his unique style of joining Brazilian beats with underground hip hop. The duo originated as the two convened in a studio and started flipping a sample, which later became a song featuring various artists and the rest is history. Having traveled thousands of miles, N.A.S.A has grown immensely worldwide through their Brazilian funk music. They are currently preparing for the release of their worldwide debut creative collaboration, "Spirit of the Apollo" dropping on February 17th, 2009. The project has collaborations with a diverse list of artists ranging from, Santogold, M.I.A., E-40, Ghostface Killah, Scarface, The Cool Kids, Spanky Rock and a whole bunch more.
